Shipping Information
Unless otherwise specified, fortinihome.com will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within 72 hours of purchase. Delivery date estimates are good faith estimates only. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to the customer upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.
Any duty or customs imposed on international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
We offer three shipping options for delivery within the U.S.:
Ground, 2nd Day (Express) and Next Day (Overnight)
Furniture items are shipped via Ground. For Rush delivery on furniture items, please contact us.
Please keep in mind, shipping times below are once the order leaves our warehouse:
Regular Ground Delivery
Allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery of in-stock items. Very large or heavy items may take longer.
2nd Day (Express) and Next Day (Overnight)
Express orders received by 8am, Monday - Friday, ship the same day and should arrive within 2 - 3 business days. Express orders received after 8am on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday, ship on Monday (provided that day is not a holiday). Overnight orders received by 8am, Monday - Friday ship the same day and should arrive the next business day. Overnight orders received after 8am on Friday, and on Saturday and Sunday, ship on Monday (provided that day is not a holiday). Additional charges apply. Overnight shipping is not available to all zip codes or on all items.

PO Box and International Shipping
We apologize but at this time we are currently unable to ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship to international destinations.
Furniture and Oversize Items

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via FedEx 2/3 days and carries a surcharge. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped express.
How are the Shipping Costs determined?
Shipping costs are based on your total order amount before sales tax and promotional discounts are applied. To determine the shipping cost for your order, please refer to the chart above (charges are per shipping address). Please contact us for white glove delivery rates, as additional charges may apply.

What is the Out of Stock Policy?
We do our best to keep our products in stock. However, sometimes demand exceeds our expectations, or a supplier has an unanticipated delay. We appreciate your understanding and patience. If your selected merchandise is out of stock, we will inform you immediately upon receipt of order.
Does fortinihome.com charge Sales Tax?
California residents will have sales tax automatically added to their order. If fortinihome.com is not collecting your state's taxes, you are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
