How will you use my email address?

If you provide us with your e-mail address, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when we ship your order. You will also receive email newsletters and sale notices from time to time. If you do not wish to receive our newsletter or sale notices you can opt out at anytime. You will still receive shipping confirmation emails whenever you order. fortinihome.com will never share your email address.


What is the fortinihome.com guarantee?

fortinihome.com is proud to offer exceptional products. If you do not absolutely love your purchase, simply return it within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, refund or store credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original, new and unused condition.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Important: Custom orders are not returnable.

Damage? We carefully package every order but damage can sometimes occur in transit. If your order was received damaged, please contact us by emailing customerservice@fortinihome.com or call us at 805.542.0500.


How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order of a backordered item, please contact us by emailing us at customerservice@fortinihome.com or call us at 805.542.0500.


How do I return merchandise?

Please email us at customerservice@fortinihome.com or call 805.542.0500 for a return authorization number (RA#). Once you receive a return authorization number (RA#), Returns must be properly packed and sent via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL at the customer's own expense, please make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages.

*We regret that personal care items cannot be returned. Customized items cannot be returned unless there is a shipment error or manufacturing defect.


What is your refund policy?

Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged.
